I got this inspiration from my sister, Jessie. Apparently white cheddar is pretty big over on the East coast. Presenting white cheddar-apple-onion paninis-using a waffle iron!

slice apples, white cheddar and sauté some mushrooms

butter one side of each slice of bread. Stack cheese, apples, onions, then more cheese!

put the sandwich on the waffle iron, and close it. You'll squish the bread and wait for the cheese to melt and the outside to become brown. Yum!

these sandwiches were delicious! we loved them!

I tried cooking with gnocchi for the first time. This is loaded chicken alfredo gnocchi bake. You can find it here. We liked it, but I cut the recipe in half and wished we added about twice the sauce. That would make it better!

art show- Jeremy (my brother-in-law) is graduating this April and he had an awesome art show up that I was able to go and see. It was an illustration of an article in the New York Times, about snowboarders going in more dangerous terrains and causing avalanches, and I'm probably not even explaining it right! But it was cool :)

friday---the best night of the week. yay for date nights!

Green Panda for a snack and they have a map with notes of where people have served, have been called to, or have served missions. No one has been close to where Seth served! It's so cool. And then...we went to his mission reunion! how ironic hahaha...

below is a picture of us with one of Seth's mission presidents, President Jackson. It was awesome to meet him. Seth was an amazing missionary!

Also he had a really nice house...this white piano was amazing to us!

After we looked through scrapbooks, talked to long lost mission companions, and ate some chips, we headed home to Evanston for the night. We got up and watched the morning session of conference in Evanston, visited with my parents for a bit, and then headed to Green River. It was nice to be home and see family :) In Green River, we watched conference again and then went shooting. I only shot the gun once, but it was fun. We walked around and explored.
